DIY Doormat

a family project

When asked to come up with a DIY design during one's annual summer break in the countryside, the solution has to be quick and simple. So how about a bio-degradable doormat? A cousin might suggest hazelnut twigs, a brother in law a special knotting technique and an uncle help out with a piece of Sisal cord. The result might be a little more rustic than your usual designs, but client and family will be happy nevertheless (Photo: Katharina Gossow/Falter).
